Develop a relationship with people who are totally different than you like biological, physical, punctual, functional, political, social, economical, etc...and yet despite with all these differences they connect with you and trust you enough to cooperate with you to achieve the shared goal.
Great leaders understand that having a more diverse network is source of pattern identification with greater levels and also of solutions because there are people who are thinking differently than you are.
3) Are you courageous enough to abandon the past?
Great leaders dare to do different, they don't talk about risk taking they actually do it
